Youth 09/10

Youth & Schools are an integral part of North Wales Men's Hockey's work and the Region runs a variety of competitions for all age groups and all levels of hockey.

Over the past few years, a number of new initiatives have taken place: Performance Development Centres, Regional Academies and Junior Leagues at U11 and U13. This has been along side the traditional RAF Youth Cup and Age Group teams.

The region has decided to clarify the youth structure in north Wales and has decided, in agreement with the WHU, to use the WHU's single system for player development.
